On the corner of a building in Burnley, just above the Comms Tower. Use the Cryptographic Sequencer to unlock the pad and get the datapack. On ground level there is a locked pad protecting a datapack on the bottom-right corner of the large building in southern Burnley. Fly it along the path, dodging the obstacles and hit the switch to unlock the datapack. Fly a Remote Batarang to the other end, and enter the grate from the bottom. The datapack is on a pillar, with a green switch beneath a grate. On a building, just a little to the left of the Diamond District drop point. This will unlock the datapack for you to Batclaw. Then stand on the switch and toss a Remote Batarang through the electricity and into the vent to hit the fuse box. First you must pull down the vent cover that the datapack is attached to. On the roof of a smaller building, on the left side of the Diamond District. Glide from the roof to hit the switch, then jump off the wall and hit the second switch to unlock the datapack. This one is on the side of the building, right before the word Diamond, in the Diamond District. If done correctly, the datapack will unlock.
As soon as it explodes, quickfire three Batarangs towards the left 3 switches to trigger them.
Now go back and stand on the main switch, then detonate the Gel.
